MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Cleantech San Diego is a nonprofit member organization that positions the greater San Diego region, including Imperial County and Baja California, as a global leader in the cleantech economy. The organization achieves this by fostering collaborations across the private-public-academic landscape, leading advocacy efforts to promote cleantech priorities, and encouraging investment in the San Diego region. This has been a year of exciting progress and change for our organization and the industry we support. We’ve proven San Diego's strengths nationally with our region's #3 ranking for cleantech leadership. We’ve shown flexibility in the face of an ever-evolving market by expanding our membership levels to engage San Diego’s growing startup community. We adopted a modernized brand that better reflects the innovation and collaboration that drives San Diego’s global leadership in clean technology. And we continue to lead programs to promote our region’s cleantech strengths. Thanks to a strong and steady profile of private, public, and academic members, what remains the same is Cleantech San Diego’s commitment to working together to advance sustainable business solutions for the benefit of the economy and the environment. Thank you for all you do to support Cleantech San Diego and our region’s thriving cleantech economy.
